Sound familiar?

  • Most of your new clients come from word of mouth. If those clients leave, so does the marketing.
  • Instagram is overwhelming, and you don’t know what actually gets people to book.
  • When a stylist leaves, you scramble to keep their clients.
  • Your only marketing is a social post and a last-minute discount SMS.

If you ticked even one, keep reading...

You’re probably losing clients you already earned.

They got referred, and deterred.

Someone loves their hair and tells a friend. That friend looks you up, finds an outdated website, a tired Google profile or a booking page that isn’t easy enough for a Year 4 kid, and never books.

Ads don’t fix leaky leads. Having them actually book is “conversion”, and that’s what we work on here.

What I do with my mentorship clients

I pull your marketing apart, then hand you the plan.

Almost every salon I audit has the same obvious holes costing them clients every day. So I’m turning my salon marketing audit into 30 days of tasks.

These are the exact things I’m CURRENTLY doing in my own salon, which still makes 20%+ profit without me needing to be on the floor.

What this isn’t

Another social media course, mindset mastermind or leadership talk.

What this is

Practical tasks to make your salon easier to find, stand out against your competitors and easier to book.

Why I’m sharing this

I don’t have a marketing degree.

I’m a hairdresser who’s better at sales than hairdressing. I started a salon from a laundry sink and turned it into a $2M+ salon that needs me for vibes, not management.

And I believe there’s a crisis in our industry: we’re losing the employee-based salons that train our apprentices.

If I can figure it out, anyone can.

Who I am

Meet Charlie

Owner of The Nest Hair Boutique in Alfred Cove, Perth. I worked in 14 salons before building The Nest into a $2M+ salon with a team of 16.

Consistent 20%+ profit margin, without losing my unhinged personality. I’ll show you that you can have your cake and eat it too, as long as you work f or it.

  • 25+ years in hair
  • 16+ years a salon owner
  • Still in the industry, every week

Your questions, answered

Is this a social media course?

No. Social media is one small piece. We’ll cover your brand, Google, reviews, your website and online booking: everywhere a new client decides whether to book you.

Is this a long course?

No. It’s a daily task drop. I’ll send you one task a day, 5 days a week, with 2 catch-up days. That’s 30 tasks in total, over 6 weeks.

How long are the daily tasks?

We’re aiming for each task to take about an hour to complete (give or take, depending on the task), and you’ll have a couple of catch-up days each week.

Because I know how flat out you are. I was you, remember?

How are the tasks delivered?

Every day a task will drop into your inbox with a brief video, and your task is ready to go. Everything is pre-recorded, so you can do it between clients or after close.

I’ve already done some of this. Is it still for me?

Great! That means less homework for you. Tick it off and move on to the next one.

I’m not good at marketing or tech. Can I still do it?

You don’t have to be! That’s why we video record everything, and we’ll encourage you to reach out to AI if and when you need a hand.

Do I need to spend money on ads?

No. This is all about winning clients organically first. If you choose to run ads later, everything you set up here makes them work harder.

This is essentially the pre-work we take any advertising client through before we’ll take them on as an ads client.

What if a task doesn’t apply to me and my salon?

All tasks are for any and all salons. If you have clients, a website and a social media account, these will definitely apply to you.

You may have a different booking system, but the idea will still be the same. (We use Phorest, by the way.)

When does it start?

Mid-January 2027 (date TBA). Waitlist members hear first and get the early-bird price before it opens to everyone else.

2027 is coming whether you’re ready or not.

The choice is yours.

  • Waitlist-only early-bird price
  • First to hear when doors open
