The salon I started in my 20's wasn't the salon IÂ needed for my 40's. So I built the toolkit.
Iâm Charlie Crothers; salon owner, e-commerce founder and host of The Salon Rebel Podcast. Over the last 15 years Iâve built and scaled three businesses from the ground up including a salon that grew from a home setup into a team of 17 doing multi-million in turnover.
